At Mitti Fresh, we ensure that every pack of flour, cold-pressed oil, or dosa batter reaches you in its freshest state. Here are the details of our shipping and delivery operations across Delhi NCR.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Because we grind our grains and press our flours and oils fresh to order, all orders are processed and dispatched within **1-2 business days** from our production facility in Dwarka Sector 28, Delhi.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable courier agents and local delivery executives to fulfill orders across the region:

• Dwarka & Surrounding Areas: Handled by our local team. Delivered within **24 hours** from dispatch.
• Other parts of Delhi NCR: Dispatched via courier. Typically delivered within **1-3 business days**.

3. Shipping Charges

Our shipping rate structure is simple and transparent:

• Standard Shipping: Flat **₹50** delivery fee applies to all orders.
• Free Shipping: All orders of **₹500 and above** qualify for free delivery!
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: An additional flat **₹50** fee applies if you select Cash on Delivery payment methods to cover processing charges.

4. Local Serviceability (PIN Codes)

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) services across select local PIN codes in Dwarka (including 110078, 110075, 110059, 110045, 110077, 110076, 110043). Online payment methods (Razorpay and Direct UPI) are accepted for all other delivery zones across Delhi NCR.

5. Delays & Communication

In the event of extreme weather conditions or local transit disruptions, shipping times may vary slightly. We will keep you updated in real-time via WhatsApp or SMS notifications containing your order's tracking details.
